Introduction

I am a neurodivergent and disabled clinician who welcomes people from all walks of life. My practice is a safe, affirming space for individuals navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. If you’re looking to better understand yourself and how your brain works, I’d love to work with you. As a trauma therapist, I specialize in working with all things trauma, as well as Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, transgender identity, body dysmorphia, OCD and other personality disorders. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and a sprinkle of Art Therapy to create a personalized approach that supports your healing. This is a safe and welcoming space for Autistic, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ individuals—a place where you can show up as you are.
