In therapy, my role is not to tell you what to do, but instead to establish a therapeutic partnership with you to develop a unique plan that enables you to achieve your goals and to be your best self. My expectation is while you and I are working together, you feel seen, heard, and valued. My areas of passion and expertise include trauma, life transitions, grief and loss as well as Christian counseling. My therapeutic approach is an integrative and client-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Creative and Narrative therapies, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
