Courtney holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a graduate certificate specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Rollins College. She is trained in EMDR and Gottman Level 1, and takes a systems-oriented, integrative approach to therapy. Courtney is passionate about working with individuals of all identities and abilities, with a focus on trauma, identity exploration, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), relationship and family dynamics, and marital counseling. She draws from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness practices to support the unique needs of each client.
