Courtney Gable, LPC (she/her) has over 20 years of experience working in the field of wellness. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from La Salle University, and a BFA from Tisch School of the Arts, NYU. Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (CPATP), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT) and Somatic specialist. Additionally, she is a registered Experienced Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and is also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Courtney’s therapeutic approach blends ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Systems (family and internal family), Somatics, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. Work is compassionate and kind, through a trauma-based and harm-reduction lens. Courtney is passionate about trauma-informed care and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Her inclusive work focuses on: Helping people to feel safe, and to feel seen and valued for who they are, wherever they are; those struggling with chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, depression and anxiety; phobias, racing thoughts, crossroads and upheaval; as well as Body Image, with a specific focus on Body Neutrality and Health at Every Size (HAES) – all with mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance. Courtney works with individuals, couples, and groups. Courtney has taken multiple courses on Psychedelic-Assisted-Therapy, Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness, and Ketamine and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), through IPI, Fluence, MAPS, MAPS PBC, Zendo Project, Psychedelic Support Network and many others. Courtney has co-facilitated several clinician trainings in KAP at Voyage Healing in Philadelphia, and is the Director of the KAP Program at Healing Hearts Therapy.
