Introduction

Are you currently struggling with anxiety, depression, a mood disorder or trauma? My overall goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. In order to do this I use education to help you build insight to the barriers preventing from this happening. With this I also provided a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to navigate through the hardships of mental health while focusing on your strengths in order for you to feel like your true self again. I am an integrated therapist, such as I meet you where you are at and form to the type of therapy you need and deserve. I offer different forms of therapy such as person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy and EMDR which is trauma therapy. I know this journey is not easy and making the decision to better yourself is not one that is taken lightly. I am here to support you along your journey in the best way that I can. I commend anyone who is willing to begin to change their way of life and am here to support that by helping you through the bumps in the road.
