I counsel from the belief that every individual has the ability to grow, heal, and change when given the proper tools and support. I believe counseling is about building a trusting relationship in order to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that encourages growth at each individual’s pace. I have a passion for people and connecting on an emotional level in order to equip individuals with practical and tangible tools that they can apply to their lives outside of the therapy office.
