My approach to providing therapy is person-centered, empathetic, collaborative, and strengths-based. I value creating a strong therapeutic relationship as I respect the vulnerability and trust that it can take for people to seek out and enter into the therapeutic process. I am flexible in my approach, offering what you need based on the space you are in on any given day. I support those with whom I work through various therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to: elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), elements of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and elements of internal family systems therapy (IFS).
