** ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS ** I help couples, families, teens and adults dealing with relational issues, stress, anxiety, infidelity, parenting issues and everyday life struggles. Do aspects of your marriage frustrate you? Does your teen need someone else to talk to besides you? Do you need guidance through life’s challenges? Is your family struggling to see eye to eye on important issues? I collaborate with clients to help identify problems, develop custom treatment plans and learn effective coping skills to deal with difficult times. I provide support, compassion and guidance. I want clients to leave each session feeling that progress towards their goals is attainable. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and owner of Clover Therapy & Consulting. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from Saint Mary’s College and a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I am also a Gottman Leader, having studied the works of famed marital psychologists Drs. John and Julie Gottman. I have worked in intensive outpatient (IOP)/partial hospitalization (PHP) and family counseling settings treating adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. I understand there can be hesitation, uncertainty, or fear around therapy, that is why I create a comfortable place to work through these important issues. I am known as being an empathetic listener and my own roller coaster of life experiences has allowed me to be an understanding and effective therapist. I approach treatment with clients with a goal-oriented strategy focusing on solutions to problems. I approach treatment with a holistic angle focusing on cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and physical wellbeing. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but also utilize Solution-Focused and Person-Centered approaches.
