Whether you are struggling to resolve current life situations or seeking clarity and healing from events in the past, I strive to create a comforting and safe environment to process what you are interested in working with. In this empathetic space, you are the subject matter expert on yourself and I will walk alongside you offering an unbiased ear, tools, and skills that best serve your goals. I practice with a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming (ADHD/ASD) lens, am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ communities, and strive to develop cultural humility in my practice. While I specialize in ADHD, depression, and anxiety I am skilled in assisting people through various life adjustments (to include the ramifications of the pandemic). I base my practice on strengths-based perspective, attachment theory, elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and offer psychoeducation. If you are interested in scheduling a 15-minute consult, please reach out to our office.
