Ph. D. Courtney Smith-Kilbury, PhD
Specialties: Substance Use, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma
Insurance: Lyra

Introduction

As a clinical psychologist for more than a decade, I focus on helping individuals with substance use problems, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Many of my clients sought therapy to navigate challenging life transitions or to develop new strategies for managing ongoing difficulties. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy, providing an evidence-based framework for our work together. In therapy, we may explore the origins of your current beliefs and relationship patterns, often looking back to how these developed in childhood. Ultimately, my approach is individualized, grounded in a thorough understanding of your unique experiences and specific needs. I offer virtual and in-person sessions most weekdays between 10AM and 5PM. My in-person days are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
