My passion is to guide clients on a journey to heal their emotional, relational, and spiritual wounds. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced and survived acute and complex trauma, adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression and identity, and with couples/families in crisis. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma for Adolescents (ITCT-A), and Trauma-Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY).
