Cristina has over 18 years of professional counseling experience. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical and Pastoral Counseling in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2004. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with her designation to supervise other Licensed Professional Counselors and is trained in EMDR. Cristina specializes in working with adults in a wide spectrum of emotional, behavioral, and addiction issues (including unresolved trauma, complex bereavement & loss, midlife issues, women’s issues, women in ministry, anxiety, post-partum, self-esteem struggles, family therapy, and career counseling). Cristina offers counseling in a safe, fully confidential, private practice environment. Her approach is compassionate, empathic, non-judgmental, genuine, and challenging. She invites you to speak openly and at your own pace. She provides counseling with integrity, respect and reflection.
