I provide individual, family, and couples therapy to address issues relating to acute and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment and relational challenges. I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience working with various county agencies. My hope is that I can provide you with a warm and welcoming environment that is judgement free and guided by your strengths and goals.
