I am committed to building a safe environment where you can be yourself free of judgement. I have a degree in Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College. I specialize in treating individuals with substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression. I use a person-centered approach and believe the therapeutic relationship is an important aspect of the therapy experience. I primarily work with clients who are struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and general life transitions, ages 18 and older. I utilize a person-centered approach with treatments from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel open, process difficult emotions, and improve wellbeing.
