Licensed Counselor and Therapist NWA Hope and Healing, PLLC
Specialties: Religious Trauma, Attachment Issues, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression,
Insurance: BlueCross and BlueShield

Introduction

I serve a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to couples, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, pre-marital, family, identity, self-esteem, spirituality, codependency, perfectionism, and life transitions. I have a special focus on religious trauma work and am affirming of my LGBTQIA+ and poly clients. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and EMDR. I offer an experiential approach, as I believe that corrective emotional experiences are how we create lasting change. I combine this experiential work with practical exercises clients can do at home, like mindfulness, to supplement our work in sessions.
