Curtis (he/him) received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio. As a Counselor Trainee, Curtis worked at Baldwin Wallace Counseling Center under the supervision of Tim Hall, LPCC-S. Curtis has provided counseling services to adults in school, community counseling and inpatient settings. Curtis has experience treating anger, depression, anxiety, self-harm, substance use, also including helping individuals through interpersonal conflict. Curtis specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with incorporating aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) such as distress tolerance and mindfulness practices.
