Introduction

I’m passionate about helping women transform their lives. Supporting them on their path to growth and healing, which I believe every woman deserves. I provide holistic therapy to women in their 20’s-40’s to help them thrive in their everyday lives. Many of my clients identify as moms, professionals, and creative entrepreneurs. Though I work will all walks of life. My specialties include, but are not limited to, perinatal mental health, complex trauma, life transitions, depression and anxiety. We will listen collaboratively to your story, explore the different parts of who you are and what has shaped you, and invite practices to strengthen your capacities, foster new insights, ease painful symptoms, and integrate past experiences.
