Making your health a priority is an essential but often challenging task. At times life seems to get in the way, stopping us. I see my role as supporting individuals in making their way through the obstacles while working toward lasting health and healing. The approach I take is to gain insight from your unique journey so far, address what brings you to counseling, and help you plot a course for a hopeful future. Moving toward restoration and wholeness takes courage, intention, and vulnerability. It is an honor to care for people and one that I take very seriously. That is why I pursued a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from Wheaton College. Before beginning this journey, I raised a family, pursued a business career, and worked and studied internationally (I also speak German). I have been married for many years and enjoy working with both couples and individuals. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on your journey toward wellness.
