Introduction

Cynthia is a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master's in the specialty of Direct Practice in Children and Families from the University of Texas at Arlington. Cynthia has experience working with individuals facing severe stress, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), parenting, special needs, life transitions, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and adulthood traumas. She utilizes eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and faith-based counseling to effectively treat anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), abuse, and more.
