Introduction

I consider therapy a partnership, and I love having the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they make positive changes in their lives. Whether you are addressing a painful problem, working through life changes, or simply wish to experience more joy and fulfillment, know that you are not alone. We all need support from time to time! My plan is that we will work together to identify your strengths, your goals, and your path forward. I specialize in treating adults and adolescents seeking to address issues such as anxiety/stress, depression, anger management, social skills, communication, shame and self-esteem, co-dependency, emotional abuse, women's issues, and life transitions. I also work with individuals with neurological differences including Autism Spectrum Disorder. My therapeutic approach draws on several counseling theories, as I tailor my approach to the individual client's needs. The modalities I use most often include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, existential therapies, socials skills training, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. The foundation to my approach is a belief in the client's ability to grow and change.
