Introduction

My passion is to walk along side individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the journey of living and loving well.  My therapy practice draws from my life experience as a mother, step-mother, grandmother and wife; as well as my work as a Certified Professional Midwife and community mental health counselor. I graduated with a Master's of Psychology in Counseling from The Citadel in 2008, and have completed advanced training in multiple therapies including sex therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Gottman Couples, EFT Couples, and PACT Couples. In addition, I hold an international certificate in psychedelic medicine and maternal mental health.
