Introduction

I am dedicated to supporting clients in developing healthy relationships and addressing mental health challenges. My style of practice is collaborative, goal-oriented, and educational. I strive to build insight, skills, and strengths in the context of an authentic, compassionate, trustworthy working relationship. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 30 years, in a range of positions, while managing a private practice since 2004. My experience includes direct care for residential youth; outpatient counseling for youth and families; inpatient psychiatric case management, counseling and discharge planning for youth, adults, and seniors; emergency mental health and substance use assessment; nonprofit management; clinical supervision; and program development. I currently serve as the Program Director at Coast Caregiver Resource Center, overseeing case management, counseling, and respite care support for family caregivers. There is nothing more rewarding for me than to support others in becoming emotionally and relationally healthy. Please reach out if you think I might be of help.
