Introduction

You have taken the first step on your journey toward living healthy and whole. Emotional wellness is an essential component of life. So many aspects of our lives are impacted by our mental health such as our relationships with family and friends, job performance, self-esteem and overall physical health. When our mental health difficulties go unaddressed, we face the risk of feeling hopeless, dissatisfied, emotionally drained and living a life that is unfilled and inauthentic. My life’s passion is to help individuals live a fulfilling and whole life. My name is Dr. Cynthya Campbell Palmer and I would like to help you on your path to emotional health and wellness. I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Texas. I also hold a Psypact license that allows me to conduct therapy virtually in 38 states. I have extensive experience providing therapy to youth and adults who struggle with mental and/or emotional health challenges. Some of these challenges include depression, anxiety, panic symptoms, stress, anger, parenting difficulties, behavioral problems, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, relational issues and other psychological concerns. I also provide emotional support for individuals working in helping professions. Services that are specifically Christian/spiritually-focused, LGBTQ+ affirming and/or multiculturally-centered are available. I believe providing a safe space allows clients the opportunity to fully explore their emotional pain and discover ways to bring about healing. If you are ready to start your journey, please feel free to contact me.
