Introduction

Becoming a mother is a huge, complicated life transition. You’re exhausted, but you can’t sleep. You love your baby, but it’s hard to like someone who screams at you all day. You need help, but you don’t know who to ask or what to ask for. Finding support and taking care of yourself is a great first step – healthy parents grow healthy families. Therapy is a safe place to sort through your scary thoughts and tap into your inner strengths and resources. My areas of specialty are anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) and utilize modalities including CBT, I-CBT, Brainspotting and Mindfulness to best support my clients. I also assist couples using the Gottman Method (Level I & II). The counseling process can be a meaningful experience that can change your life! My goal is to help you navigate obstacles and transitions by providing you with a unique and positive perspective that draws from your experiences and strengths. I would like the opportunity to assist you in overcoming challenges that may leave you feeling stuck and unsatisfied.
