Hi, I’m Daisy! (She/Her) I’m so glad you’re here. As a therapist, my greatest passion is helping people like you discover their inner strength and create a life filled with joy and meaning. I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive, and I’m here to guide you on that journey. My own experience with therapy was truly transformative, and it inspired me to dedicate my career to offering that same support and understanding to others. I create a warm and inviting space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Three words to best describe me: Empathetic, Collaborative, Empowering Therapeutic Approaches: I believe in a collaborative approach, working together to develop a personalized plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals. My therapeutic toolbox includes a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Play Therapy & Art Therapy Solution-Focused Therapy Mindfulness-Based Practices & Meditation My areas of specialization: I specialize in working with individuals of all ages, from adolescents and young adults to adults, facing challenges such as: Anxiety & Depression Relationship Issues ADHD Life Transitions Self-Esteem & Self-Acceptance Types of therapy: Individual, family, and couples counseling. Ages: 5 years old and up Above all, I’m committed to providing a culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe in the power of therapy to foster personal growth, resilience, and lasting positive change. When I’m not working, you can usually find me upside down in an aerial yoga class or gliding around on my roller skates! I love finding new ways to be creative and adventurous. And if I need a little break, you can always tempt me with a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream.
