Introduction

My treatment approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), psychoeducation, and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My interest is in helping you develop compassion for yourself which will help you use your power to move through struggles, uncomfortable emotions, and suffering with openness and kindness. I recognize that it can be difficult to be vulnerable and share your challenges in therapy. Therefore, my goal in our sessions is to create a sense of safety that enables you to increase self-understanding, build resilience and experience growth.
