Introduction
Hi there! My name's Damien, and I'd love to come alongside you in your life journey. You may be trying to put some pieces back together that don't seem to fit, or trying to make a change that seems just out of reach. Whatever the case, many find that therapy provides the help that they're looking for in those difficult parts of life. My goal for a therapy session is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and understood, so that the steps on your journey may become just a little less daunting. I work with a variety of issues, such as life transitions, social anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflict. I specialize in faith-integrated Christian counseling, and would love to help you work through any spiritual or faith-related struggles you might be going through. Whatever your situation, I'd love to work together with you to build self-understanding and life skills, and move a little closer to the kind of life you're seeking. The most important changes tend to happen only one small step at a time, and sometimes it's in the rearview mirror that living hope is most clearly seen.
