I have had the most experience working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, emotional regulation, LGBTQ+, and grief/loss. Compassion, non-judgement, respect, and trust are the major fundamentals of my practice. We will work together to decide which clinical approaches are most helpful to you because treatment is not one size fits all. I look forward to hearing from you.
