I was trained with a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective, yet my practice draws on a variety of evidence-based therapies. The most important priority for me is to tailor treatment to your particular needs, strengths, and goals. Why am I feeling this way? Why do I keep doing this? Why is this happening? With a supportive and collaborative approach, my job is to help you find answers to why things are happening and to better understand the causes of your distress. Armed with better understanding and insight, I will guide your discovery of tools and strategies to help you resolve problems and overcome the obstacles to your personal growth. As a PSYPACT approved psychologist, I am able to provide telehealth services to people located in one of PSYPACT's 38 participating states. Please call if you have questions or would like to learn more about telehealth services. I want you to be a good consumer and find the right help for you. Please feel free to call me and ask any questions you may have before scheduling an initial visit.
