Introduction

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My name is Dan and I have been a licensed mental health provider for nearly 10 years. Many clients that I work with identify within the LGBTQ+ community or are teens and emerging adults navigating an increasingly more challenging world. I offer individual services as well as relationship therapy services. In addition, I would be grateful to support anyone that feels connected to my strategies and perspectives on healing. I use Somatic Experiencing and Relational approaches in my work. This means that we will explore how your past experiences show up in your thoughts, your body, and your relationships. Life moves so quickly- let's take an hour weekly to slow down and be curious. Every person experiencing this life deserves their journey to be respected, cared for, and seen. I am confident you will find our work together grounding, healing, and centered towards a hopeful future. I look forward to working with you.
