Introduction

Hi, I'm Dana! I help survivors of trauma stop the past from affecting their present. I use a trauma informed approach in all my counseling work, meaning I help explore what happened to you that is causing the present day stress, instead of only managing your symptoms. I incorporate several evidence based approaches into our sessions, including EMDR Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and CBT. More than anything else, I'm a person first, then a therapist, so I will always meet you where you're at and support you every step of the way throughout out work together.
