I believe that developing a strong collaborative relationship is essential for productive therapy, and thus, I provide goal-oriented treatment in a client-centered manner. α΄Κα΄α΄α΄ α΄α΄ I received my Masterβs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Asheville, North Carolina. I provide outpatient counseling services to adult clients age 18+ with a wide range of presenting concerns. Empathetic, down-to-earth, straightforward, genuine, caring, and thorough are common traits that clients have used to describe me as a therapist. I will be your advocate throughout your therapy, which means sometimes I will encourage you to challenge yourself in ways that align with your values. I aim to create a space that fosters insight and self-exploration, and where you can feel validated, seen, and heard.
