Introduction

The journey into motherhood invites us to experience intense love and joy, but it also touches our most raw and vulnerable parts. With warmth and compassion, I support women struggling with pregnancy losses, reproductive trauma, and perinatal anxiety and depression. I'm also an EMDR trained therapist and utilize eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, an evidence based treatment that helps you to heal from past traumas in a wholistic way so that you let go of the trauma in body and mind and integrate feelings of self-worth of well-being.
