Sometimes life just sucks. Whether it's divorce, depression, addiction, anxiety — or just feeling stuck — we all go through hard times. Sometimes you don’t even know why you feel off. Other times, the problem is clear, but nothing you do seems to make it better. You just want to feel like yourself again — or maybe for the first time. That’s where therapy can help. As a therapist, my goal is to support you through the tough stuff so you can enjoy the good. Whether you need to cry, vent, scream, or just sit quietly and figure things out, therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I use humor when it helps, and I believe laughter can be healing sometimes it’s the exact thing we need to break the tension and breathe again. I also draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, ACT, DBT, RT, and more. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to fit your unique needs. I genuinely believe that no one is too far gone. If you’re willing to try, there’s hope. You’re not a number or a task on a to-do list — you’re a person who deserves care, respect, and support. If you’re ready to take the next step — or even if you’re unsure where to start — I’m here to help.
