Introduction

Sometimes life just sucks. Whether it be divorce or feeling depressed, addiction or anxiety, we all have those moments in life. Sometimes you just feel down without any clue why. Other times you know why, but you can't seem to get ahead no matter what you do. All you want is to feel normal again or maybe for the first time. That is where therapy can help. As a therapist my job is to help you get through the bad times so you can enjoy the good ones. Whether you need to scream out loud because you're pissed off or figure out what to do in life, that's what therapy is for. I think humor is essential in therapy. Sometimes all you need is to break free from life for a minute and laugh at the ridiculous. I use whatever mode works best for the individual. That includes, CBT, CPT, ACT, RT, DBT, etc. I don't have a "one size fits all" approach. I meet people where they're at and go from there. I think there are few things in this world you can't come back from. No one is lost or beyond hope as long as you're willing to try. At the end of everything you're a person. You're not a number or dollar to be collected and discarded at the end of a session. You are an individual person that needs help.
