Introduction

Strengths is something that we all have even when we can’t see it. Part of the therapeutic relationship is building upon all the hard work you have done so far. Do to my previous work in community based organization I provide variety of piratical stills along with cognitive therapy. My practice is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses inherent strengths and resilience that can be harnessed for personal growth and healing. I am passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where clients can explore their identities and experiences without judgment. With extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, I am attuned to the unique challenges faced by the Queer community and am committed to providing culturally competent care. My expertise in gender identity includes supporting clients through transitions, exploration, and the affirmation of their authentic selves. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, offering a nuanced understanding of the diverse ways in which neurodivergence can manifest and impact daily life. My approach is tailored to embrace and celebrate neurodivergent strengths while addressing any challenges that may arise. Understanding the profound impact of attachment on relationships and personal development, I integrate attachment theory into my practice. I work with clients to identify and heal attachment wounds, fostering healthier and more secure relationships. In therapy, I strive to empower clients to embrace their unique identities and experiences, fostering a journey toward self-discovery, acceptance, and holistic well-being. My goal is to collaborate with you, leveraging your strengths and resilience to navigate life's complexities and achieve your personal goals.
