In addition, I assist individuals currently experiencing significant stressors from work, life transitions, poor communication in marriage, relationships conflict, or grief. Modalities used in treatment sessions are mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients with developing coping skills to manage symptoms and stressors that will improve their quality of life. Additional trainings I have received are in dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and the Gottman method.
