It takes a lot of courage to make a decision to change and become a better version of yourself or go through major transitions in your life, whether they are voluntary or due to something outside of your control. My focus is to help others find their way through these difficult turning points and toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life, which can sometimes mean working through past and present barriers, strengthening your identity and confidence, grieving losses, and clarifying who you want to be and the kind of life you want to live. My most widely used methods are cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and committment therapy (ACT), person-centered, Gottman couples therapy, and trauma-focused CBT. It can be intimidating to ask for help, especially with sensitive problems. I would like to help you get to a place where you feel comfortable with who you are and gain insight into what you want in life. We will work together to make a plan that is right for you.
