Introduction

My name is Danielle Brown and I am the owner of Empower and Thrive Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of NJ. I attended Stockton University, graduating Cum Laude and Distinction with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, then went on to earn a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University. I have experience working in the mental health field since 2013 in a non-profit community agency, providing out-patient and partial care (Intensive Outpatient) therapy and in private practice working with individuals, couples, and groups. I work with adolescents ages 16 and up and adults. I started this practice to be able to make mental health care more accessible and affordable for those interested and/or in need. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to utilize therapy, and create their best self, life, or relationship. I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor, who hopes to guide my clients, build empowerment and improve their overall wellness.
