Hello, I’m Danielle! Through our work together, my aim is to help you discover your inner resilience and provide the tools to tackle life’s obstacles. I believe in your ability to grow and thrive, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way. No matter if you're dealing with significant life transitions, navigating relationships, or simply coping with everyday stressors, I aim for our sessions to provide a secure environment where you can delve into your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. By fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, I hope to work collaboratively with you to explore your strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop practical strategies for positive change. I received my Master’s degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. When we aren’t in session, I am continuously exploring new avenues for learning and growth. My goal is to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and provide you with individualized care. To do so, I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. If you are ready to embark on your therapeutic journey, please feel free to reach out!
