Introduction

First, thank you for taking time to find help for yourself! This courageous act may be difficult for you, and I am glad you are taking this step in your goal of feeling better. My name is Danielle and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 7 years post-graduate experience including inpatient, outpatient, and hospital work. I work with adults 18+ who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment. I utilize an eclectic approach that includes, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). If I am unable to ethically and responsibly treat your condition or we are not a good fit, I will refer you to a skilled provider in the community so you can receive appropriate care.
