I am a licensed psychologist specializing in self-compassion, emotion regulation, perfectionism, and burnout. I have additional specialty areas in working with neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ individuals. In addition to individual therapy, I also provide adjunctive DBT skills training and parent coaching. I primarily work with clients through cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and self-compassion practices.
