Parenting can be so challenging, to say the least. The life transition of welcoming a baby can come with many ups, downs, and feelings of isolation or defeat. You are physically tired, and often feel like you are running in an uphill race. You feel overwhelmed, with so many decisions to make for your family. You have a lot on your mind and often feel the weight of those thoughts physically, mentally, and emotionally. Maybe you’ve seen a mental health professional before, or considered it, but once again feel that lingering anxiety/depression creeping up again now that you have a little one(s). I will meet you right where you are in your healing journey, and will provide a safe, comfortable, humor-filled space to process through your concerns and stressors. I specialize in working with women in childbearing years around issues related to conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I also work with women who have experienced trauma(s). Whether you are a new mom, thinking about becoming pregnant, or a seasoned parent, you deserve support. It is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey to healing. I will work collaboratively with you, at your pace, to help you reach your goals. In my office, you can come as you are, whether that is crying, laughing, or anything different.
