Introduction

Hey there! I am so glad you have found me along your journey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2016, and Bachelors in Psychology from Emporia State University. I enjoy working with couples, individuals, families, and children 13+ in achieving their mental and emotional goals. In my space, you will find yourself in a safe, inclusive, open minded environment to explore and challenge yourself as well as have a laugh from time to time as we collaborate to identify your goals and develop new skills. My practice is grounded in developing authentic relationships with my clients. In my practice I draw from different modalities including CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory. I also have a special interest in working with children and individuals with TIC and Tourette Disorders and am Certified in CBIT, Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics by the Tourette Association of America. I am also trained in Habit Reversal for BRFBs by The Learning Foundation. In addition, I am certified in EMDR for trauma and PTSD, Couples Communication and SYMBIS Premarital Counseling. I can’t wait to meet you.
