Introduction

I am so excited to meet you on your journey to the life that you want, that is waiting for you. I began practicing in a clinic serving patients in crisis in Rochester, NY more than a decade ago. Since then, my practice has evolved through experience and personal growth to include a wide range of people seeking to find meaning and change in their lives. As a therapist, I have learned how to listen deeply and reflect back to my clients what is already within - the potential for meaningful change. I can't wait to work with you to experience this journey into empowerment and fullness in your life!
