Introduction

My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting adults with ADHD including those who, like myself, live and thrive with it. If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD might be part of your story, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations tailored specifically for adults. My assessments not only clarify your unique ADHD presentation but also explore any interconnected mental health challenges. Beyond diagnosis, my approach to ADHD counseling delves into the deeper roots of executive functioning difficulties—such as inattention, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation—going far beyond conventional tools like apps or worksheets. My aim is to offer a holistic and personalized strategy that addresses the complexity of ADHD while honoring your individuality and potential. As a neurodiversity-affirming clinician, I hold the belief that you are inherently worthy and fully capable of achieving the life you envision. My practice prioritizes a compassionate and empowering approach, designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward meaningful growth. Therapeutic success begins with the right connection. To ensure we are a good match, I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations to answer your questions and discuss your goals. If my services do not align with your needs, I would be happy to connect you with other highly competent, neurodiversity-affirming professionals within my trusted referral network. These specialists offer support in areas such as medication management, autism evaluations, and assistance with other learning differences. My approach uses a collaborative process centered on your unique needs and aspirations. Following your initial consultation, I will invite you to complete onboarding paperwork, including a preliminary screening for ADHD and related concerns such as anxiety, mood, or trauma. If you're seeking an optional ADHD evaluation, my assessments are in-depth and last about two hours, using evidence-based diagnostic tools with the highest statistical validity for assessing ADHD in adults. I prioritize accessibility by offering clear explanations, relatable examples, and an affirming, pressure-free environment. My goal is for you to feel deeply understood and validated throughout your assessment experience. Living with ADHD often means navigating complex challenges, but it also offers unique strengths that can be harnessed and celebrated. Through tailored coaching and therapy, I provide actionable strategies and compassionate guidance to help you thrive in areas such as: • Organizing your home and professional environments • Building sustainable, fulfilling routines • Enhancing cognitive skills like planning, prioritizing, and task management • Navigating emotional processes and cultivating resilience • Strengthening your sense of identity, confidence, and self-worth Whether or not you have a formal diagnosis, ADHD-focused counseling is available to support you in achieving your therapeutic goals. If your primary aim is treatment rather than assessment, our work will begin with a deep dive into your personal experience—exploring your background, identifying your strengths, and addressing the concerns most pressing to you. Together, we’ll co-create a plan that is not only strengths-based and solution-oriented but also fully aligned with your vision for growth. After our initial session, clients typically transition to weekly, one-hour sessions for the first 12 weeks. This framework provides a solid foundation for progress while remaining adaptable to your evolving needs. For more information or to schedule your complimentary consultation, I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to support you on this journey toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
