Introduction

My goal in therapy is to walk with and support you as you seek hope, healing, and change. I believe the more aware and accepting we are of ourselves, the better able we are to discover balance and fulfillment in our lives. I aim to create a safe environment where you can explore the inherent challenges of the human experience, ease emotional pain, find self-compassion, and restore hope. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and Texas. My clinical experience has largely centered on the treatment of PTSD, trauma related to physical and sexual abuse, and dissociative disorders, including DID. I am trained in trauma modalities effective with neurodivergence. I am now taking new clients and would be honored to join you in your healing journey. I am offering virtual counseling to Texas and Oklahoma residents. I provide in-person counseling for those local to Kilgore, Texas.
