Introduction

I am an mixed Indigenous (Mohawk/Metís) & white (Swedish/Scottish), English and Spanish speaking male who walks the sacred journey of mental and emotional healing with others in the Seattle and Washington area. My first priority is to get to know you, understand your current situation, and support your goals for therapy. Our therapeutic relationship will be characterized by respect, hopefulness and confidentiality. It is my greatest honor to walk the healing path with people. Our lives are the context for a myriad of great joy and sorrow. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey of bringing healing to the sorrow and cultivating the joy. I specialize in supporting individuals towards holistic wellness utilizing research-based therapy approaches as well as listening to your intuition and body wisdom. I provide a safe place to process life's challenges and traumas. I work out of a view that we all come from a context of families, communities, histories and cultures and that we are not only individuals unto ourselves. I believe you are the expert of you own life and my position is to assist in fostering healing as you move toward continued wellness and empowered freedom on your life journey. I employ elements of Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT in my practice, I intend to always be responsive to your needs and how you connect to your road to emotional and mental health.
