Introduction

Most of us go to counseling because we know we can’t go on the same way anymore. Something has to change. When therapy helps to relieve the pain we either stop and say thanks, or we make a decision to go deeper. Going deeper is what I am interested in helping with. What are the underlying causes and roots of our personal, and relationship problems, and how do we explore ways to become more whole more authentically our true selves and more connected spiritually, relationally and in every way? I would be honored to walk with you as you approach these questions.
