I am passionate about helping hearts heal. I believe that it is an amazing first step in your healing when making the decision to invest in therapy, and I consider it an honor to support you along your journey. My Client-Centered approach to therapy is rooted in my desire to help you discover purpose and self-worth. Additionally, I have also provided therapeutic services for homeless veterans at a local community agency, People Assisting the Homeless (PATH). Currently, I provide individual and family therapy in a variety of settings and for diverse groups. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a B.A in Psychology from The University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I have over 22 years of experience in the field of mental health. Your choice to begin therapy is a huge first step! Your healing is an important journey and I consider it an honor that you would allow me to join you along that path.
