Introduction

Mental health can be tricky to navigate on your own. If you're feeling like an outsider because you don't belong to the majority culture, are an ethnic minority, or a sexual minority, I hope to be supportive in helping you find the relief you are seeking. I personally identify with many of these identity markers and understand how navigating social dynamics can be tricky and frustrating. I hope to create a safe and brave (virtual) space for you to be at ease with being your authentic self and work towards accomplishing your mental health goals! I've received trainings in Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance + Commitment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Grief + Loss, Faith Transition, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions Focused Therapies. I also have experience in creating social emotional IEP goals for students in K-12 placed in Special Education and writing 504 Accommodation Plans. I'm eager to work with all clients, meeting them where they’re at in their life-journey, and welcome a chance to support you in becoming a more authentic version of yourself! I have also experienced the hardships of my own faith transition and am mindful that everyone’s faith journey is unique and should be treated with grace and no judgment.
